The Stahl House is available for hosting intimate private gatherings. Rental pricing starts at $400 and is based on the length of time the home is needed, as well as the number of guests attending your gathering.
The maximum capacity of the home is 40 people. All food and drink must be served by a licensed, and insured, catering company. If more then 5 personal vehicles are required for your event then offsite parking would be required, with shuttle service to the home.
For Gatherings, the Stahl family charges a Rental fee, requires a Rental Contract, proper insurance, and will have some interior and exterior restrictions.
